‘THE FOURTH WALL’
gdmmendMe PRESENTATION The third presentation of the Dunedin Repertory- Society’s latest production, 1 The Fourth Wall,’ was accorded a further large attendance last evening, when the standard fully justified the support. With the entertaining A. A. Milne story great scope was given the players to display their histrionic talent. Three of the cast took the fullest advantage of the opportunity, and the other members of the cast gave excellent support, though unable to attain their proficiency. _ Miss Dorothy Clark, though her part did not require exceptional acting ability, was outstanding for a smooth and personable characterisation, and D. Dali and E. W. Lees Bullot were responsible for equally as commendable portrayals as the villains of* the piece. Mr Bruce Grieve also impressed. The remainder of the characters comprised Misses Marion Crow and Ivy Bolwell, and Messrs Maurice James, Ernest Griffon, R. Nancarrow, and D. G. Skene. The ‘ Fourth Wall,’ which is produced by Miss Bessie Thomson, will have its finale this evening.
