FORBURY TENNIS CLUB
The annual meeting of the above club was held at Forbury School on Wednesday. Mr W. Hollander presided over a good attendance of members. The following office-bearers were elected: — Matron, Mr D. Stedman; president, Mr J. Roberts; vice-presidents, Mr Pearce and Rev. R. Dodds; secretary, Mr J. Gibson; treasurer. Miss L. Pearce; club-captain; Mr W. Sutherland ; sole selector,' Mr J. Gibson; Tennis Union delegates, Messrs Gibson and Hollander; committee—Miss J. Crawford, Mrs Hollander, and Mr ’G. Lockhart. Opening day will be Saturday, October 3.
