CAPE TOWN, September 11. (Received September 12, at 11.5 u.m.) The presence of three Japanese observers at the opening day of the wool sales indicates that Japan is a more active buyer on the Union market. A rumour is prevalent that the bulk offered was bought by Japan and the remainder by Germany.
