HIGH AVERAGE AT AUCTION TOP PRICE. 140 GUINEAS [Pee United Press Association.] > ’ GISBORNE, September 12, . Messrs Hutchinson Brothers’ annual draft of 28 two-year-old Hereford bulls was auctioned yesterday, and averaged 70 guineas, ranging from 46 to 140 guineas, the top priced bull going to the Kiore Sheepfarming Company. Two others sold at 135 guineas to Messrs A. Kirkpatrick and W. D. Lysnar. Last year’s average was 60 guineas.
