POLLING DAY—SEPTEMBER 30 [Pee United Peess Association.] j, WELLINGTON, September 10. Final arrangements have now been made for tho Mamukau by-election, rendered necessary by the resignation of Mr W. J. Jordair to take up his present duties as High Commissioner in London. The nominations will be closed on September 16, and the actual polling day has been fixed for September 30. The writs are to be returned on or before October 20.
