OiMMNY'S FIRST POST-WAR FLOTILLA PVfeM Association—By Telegraph—Copyright KIEL, September 27. Germany’s first post-war submarine flotilla has been commissioned. It consists of six submarines with a .tender named Weddigen. The flotilla is commemorating the commander who sank the cruisers Aboukir, Hogue t and Cressy on September 9, 1914, in the North Sea, and was later sunk while attacking a British batJefleet.,
