Wheoler) was fined £2 and costs for taking more than 50 toheroas at Murawai Bead* on July 21. He was also convicted _a!pd discharged on a charge of having in his possession toheroas, the shells of which were less than three inches long. Mr Meredith, lof the Crown Law Office, replying tp Mr F.
