DRUIDISM

The meeting of Enterprise Lodge was held last Wednesday, when Arch Druid Bro. J. A. Shanks was greeted by a good attendance of members air 1 visitors. D.P. Bro A. E. Jelley attended officially, and was given a warm welcome by the Arch Druid. The bards’ report again disclosed that a large amount of sickness is prevalent amongst the members, and sick pay amounting to over £2O was passed for payment. During the evening one candidate was initiated as a'full member, the ceremony being given in a very creditable manner by the lodge officers. It was decided to issue a challenge to Mistletoe Lodge to play for the euchre shield. Supper was handed round, after which D.P. Bro. Jelley, conducted the syllabus item ‘ Sing, Say, or Threepence Pay,’ which proved most entertaining.
