KING’S FORMAL CONSENT TO MARRIAGE (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 26. The King and Queen will cotachide their holidays in Scotland to-morrow, and will travel by the Royal train to London, arriving on Saturday. On Thursday the King will hold a Privy Council at Buckingham Palace, and be is expected to give formal consent under the Great Seal to the marriage of the Duke of Gloucester.
