SAILING ROUTE ALTERED. SINGAPORE, September 26. — Royal Dutch Mail Line steamers are sailing for New York via the Cape instead of the Suer. Canal. THE WAGE TAX REDUCTION. The reduction in the unemployment tax, announced in the Budget, is made official by a Gazette notice last night.
