SCOT IMPORTER KILLED [Pee . United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, September 26. Falling from the fifth story window of flats in Vincent street this morning, James Horton, aged about 48, a retired boot importer, formerly of Te Aroha, was killed' instantly. He had occupied the flat with his wife since Saturday, when they returned from Australia on the Monterey, after a health trip. His wife, who was in the flat, was too prostrated by _ shock to he interviewed by the police.
