AMERICAN FILM ACTOR Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LOS ANGELES, September 23. Charles Bickford, a film actor, was geverely bitten by a lion to-day during the photographing of a scene in a picture entitled ‘ Easter Rava.’ The lion .was trained to jump over Bickford’s heed, but instead the beast struck the actor squarely and sank its teeth into the back of his neck. Bickford was quickly rescued and taken to hospital.
