MR KELLOGG RESIGNS JUDGESHIP (British Official Wireless.) Frees Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 23. A Geneva message states that Mr F. B. Kellogg has resigned his position as judge of the Permanent Court of International Justice. Mr Kellogg is 79 years of age, and was elected judge at The Hague in 1930.
