Most of the fortune of £121,421 left by Lord Danesfort, who for 27 years was Conservative M.P. for York, and whose title became extinct when he died in. June last,- goes to charities and institutions in the city of York. Estate duty of £26,629 has been paid. Lord Danesfort’s wife died in 1929, and there were no children.
