SOUTH AUSTRALIA TERRITORIALS’ FAREWELL. LONDON, June 1. Officers of the 56tb London Division of Territorials and members of the City and County of London Territorial Associations tendered a farewell dinner to the Governor-designate of South Australia, Major-general Sir Winston Dugan, at the Mansion House. The Agent-General for South Australia, Mr L. L. Hill, said that South Australia was most fortunate in the choice of Sir Winstan as Governor. The Lord Mayor of London, Sir Charles Collett, said Sir Winston was a far-sighted, fair-minded, and idealistic disciplinarian,- whom all would respect and’ follow. Sir Winston testified to his affection and pride in the division, and added: “ I am going out to a kind, loyal, and hospitable people.”
