A TOTAL Of THIRTY MEMBERS [Special to the ‘ Stab.’J WELLINGTON, June 20. Tho Legislative Council is to be restored to its working strength beforai the session opens. The Government has completed consideration of the list of appointees, and an announcement of the; names may be expected this week. It will include some former members of the Council whose pterin had expired, but the majority of the appointees will bring fresh interests into the council, and its total numbers will reach thirty.
