NOW REPORTED MISSING Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, June IS. The New Zealander, Bickerton, is missing and is believed to have escaped on a ship. The police are seeking for him, but there is reason to suppose that his escape is being winked at. [The last report, contained in a cable message from Loudon on June 12, read: Bickerton left Japan aboard the Empress of Japan, and is due at Vancouver on June 20. The Foreign Office is arranging for Ins landing. Friends in London have guaranteed his passage to England.]
