The following were present:— For the United Kingdom: The Prime Minister, the First Lord of the Admiralty (Sir Bolton Eyres-Monsell), Viceadmiral Little (Deputy-chief of the Naval Staff), and Mr R. L. Craigie, of the Foreign Office; - . For the United States: The American Ambassador (Mr B. W. Bingham), Sir Norman Davis, Mr Atherton, and Rearadmiral Leigh. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday.
