THE DUMPING DUTIES COURT’S DECISION IN TEST CASE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, Juno 15. The Supreme Court of Canada ruled to-day that the Tariff Board lacks authority to cancel the dumping duties imposed by the Minister of National Revenue in a test case brought by the Government through a protest of British* exporters that the special duties violated the Imperial Conference treaties in that the Tariff Board was constituted the sepreme authority.
