GREYMOUTH OFFENDERS. Robert Bruce Stewart, aged thirty-six,, pleaded guilty to a charge of intoxication when in charge of a car, and was fined CIO at the Grcyraouth Magistrate's Court this morning. Hugh M'Luskie was fined £2 for being’ illegally in possession of twentyone opossum skins taken before the season opened. Mrs Lucretia M'Auley. was fined £J on a similar charge ; in respect of soventy-one skins; and John M'Auley was fined £l 'for one skin. —Press Association. DAIRY COMMISSION’S TIME EXTENDED. An extension from Juno 16 to July ' 31 has been granted the Dairy Commission for the presentation of its report to the GovernorGeneral.—Press Association. SHIPPING TROUBLE. The shipping trouble spread t - day to the Kiwitea, which was scheduled to sail for Greymotith. Tho vessel failed to obtain a galley staff under the new articles.— Wellington Press Association.
