ALDERSHOT TATTOO REHEARSAL (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, June 13. Nearly 70,000 school children, brought by thirty-one special trains and hundreds of motor coaches from all over the country, attended a dress rehearsal at Rushmoor arena, Aidershot, of the annual tattoo. Nearly 5,000 troops are taking part in the pageant, and the scenes forming the programme are at least as striking as those which have made this event one of the most popular features of the season.
