MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
LADIES' NATIONAL RESERVE The Ladies’ National Reserve held its weekly practice on Tuesday night, when ’ the following scores were recorded :—Misses M. Bain 76, P. Campbell 76. Mrs J. Bradley 75, Misses H. M'Coll 75. S. M'Fadgen 74, Mrs Boyd 74. Misses P. Rowntree 73, E. Baxter 71, M. Bird 71, D. Boyle 70, N. Knowles 70, M. Matbeson 69, M. Bradley 68. The rifle badge for the top score was won by Miss Bain and the handicap button by Mrs Bradley. There will b© no practice of the L.N.R. next week. MEN’S B CHAMPIONSHIP A match in connection with the B teams' championship was fired on the Railway Range on Wednesday evening between teams from the Railway and Dunedin M.R. Clubs. The result was a win for the Dunedin team, the scores being as follow: — Dunedin.—R. Wright and A. Miller 76, Bruce, juu., 75, R. Smitli 74, H Fortune and F. Dunn 73, L. Lindsay 72. Templeton 68, A. Miller 67. Match score, 519. Railway.—L. Hall 76, J. Crimp and J. Hayden 74, H.' Bennett 73, W. Bradv and J. Luke 72, T. Quinn and F. Godfrey 70, W. Olsen 67. Match score. 511.
