Y.W.C.A.
The clubs’ conversazione, held in the Y.W.0.A., was well attended by members and friends of the association. The guests were received by the chief Girl Citizen, Miss Francis M'Namara, and the general secretary', while members of the Kimi Club and the Girl Citizens acted as guides to parties of guests. The work seen included a Girl Citizen gymnasium class, a business meeting conducted by a section of Girl Citizens, folk dancing, handwork of various kinds, comjDnsing tapestry, purses, plaster work, stitchery, basketball match between Blue Triangle A and B teams, physical culture demonstration by Miss Saimond’s Wednesday class, current topics and psychology by the Hibbert Club, vespers by Argonaut section of Girl Citizens. Supper was served by the members of senior clubs. During supper Miss Francis M'Namara welcomed the guests. Mrs C. M. Begg replied, thanking the club girls for tho opportunity of seeing a club night in full swing, the typo of work attempted, and the standard of excellence achieved. The evening was greatly enjoyed by the girls as well as by the guests, all being proud to contribute to the general glimpse of tho activities within • tho Y.W.C.A.
