ROUGE COURT

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Andrew Hunter was fined 7s 6d, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. „ A SERIOUS CHARGE. John Henry Moulin (58) was charged with unlawful carnal knowledge, on or about October 31 last year, of a girl fifteen years of age. He Was represented by Mr C. J. L. White. On the application of Chief-detective Young an order was made clearing the court and prohibiting the publication of details of the'evidence. Evidence for the prosecution was given by Dr W. H. Borrie, the girl, her Father, and aunt, and the court adjourned till the afternoon.
