The judges expressed pleasure at the increase j u the number of entries, The quality of the cheese w »§ very even, the flavour being clean and the bodies firm and silky. Although there was ap absence of mechanical openness, there was a tendency in soine cases towards slit openness. The finish of . a few of the exhibits could have been improved upon. ' ■
