CHILLED REPLACING FROZEN
QUEENSLAND BEEF INDUSTRY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BRISBANE, June 11. (Received June 12 at 11.5 a.m.) , The Chairman of the Queensland Meat Industry Board (Mr Sunners) said he anticipated that next year about 2,000 tons of chilled beef would be shipped from Queensland ports, taking the place of a similar quantity of frozen beef. Mr Sunners added that between thirty and forty vessels were being fitted for the transport of chilleCl beet. All would call at Queensland ports.
