THE LITTLE ENTENTE DIPLOMATIC-MOVEMENTS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PRAGUE, June 10. (Received June 11, at 10.15 a.m.) The Little Entente is taking steps to recognise Russia and the Czechoslavakiau Foreign Minister has published letters exchanged between M. Litviuoff and Dr Benes establishing normal relations and arranging the reappointment of Ministers Plenipotentiary. Rumania has exchanged similar letters, and Yugoslavia will finally decide, after tho Foreign Minister’s return from Paris. •
