MR CHURCHILL’S CHARGES
BREACH OF PRIVILEGE ALLEGATION COMMITTEE'S REPORT APPROVED (British Official Wireless.) Presi Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY. June 7. The Committee of Privileges set up by the House of Commons to investigate the charges made by Mr Winston Churchill that there had been a breach of privilege on the part of the Secretary of State for India (Sir Samuel Hoare) and Lord Derby in connection with the presentation of evidence before the •Joint Select Committee on Indian Constitutional Reform has finally approved its report, and it will be presented forthwith' to he House of Commons. The report, which will be published on Saturday morning, will be debated in the House of Commons next Wednesday, when, it is assumed, the Prime Minister will move that the House approve the report, and other members of tho committee will speak in support of the motion. Mr Churchill will take part in the debate. The newspapers state that the report is unanimous .and this is generally taken to imply that no breach of privilege has been established*
