There have been almost unprecedented scenes in London since carlv morning, the whole vast road, rail, boat, and air organisations being taxed. Harassed porters at Waterloo. Kinston, Victoria, St. Pancras, and Liverpool street stations struggled all day long to accommodate tens of thousands. The southern seaside resorts— Brighton, Southend, Hastings, llamsgate, Folkestone, Margate, and Bognor —are ablaze with decorations ami teeming with attractions, and are entirely ’ d out. Bathing is in fid! swing, and hundreds are pouring in to camp on the warm beaches. —Australian Press W'oHation.
