The Prince of Wales will represent (he King at the memorial service at the Westminster Roman Catholic Cathedral for Marshal Koch to-morrow. Prince Arthur of Connaught will also attend. The'Prime Minister, with Sir Austen Chamberlain (Foreign Secretary) and Sir Laming Worthington-Evans (Secretary for War), will represent the Government. Earl Jellicoe will be there for the British Legion.
