TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Otagu tennis championships will be decided at the Anderson’s Hay courts on January 1, ‘2, and 3. and grant interest is beinji taken in the fixture which is expected to provide some first-clasr tennis. A large number of visiting players will take pari, and there are certain to he many thrilling contests. The standard of tennis in Dunedin is getting better every y.ar, and these tournament.- provide (' ■ public with an opportunity ot noting the progress made by this ever increasingly popular game.
