WASHINGTON, December 26.(Received December 27, at 10 a.m.) The text of the protocol whereby the Pan-American Conciliation Conference hopes to settle the Bolivia-Paraguay border cbisli, was cabled lo the dispuling Governments to-day. An answer is nob expected before December 29, hut the conference delegates indicated that they hoped to announce a peaceful and satisfactory solution of the dispute before New Tear’s Day. They also declared that both Governments had a treed on the basic points needed to reach a < settlement. Australian Press Association.
