MISSING BOY FOUND Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, December 27. (Received December 27, at 11 a.m.) Philip Pope, who disappeared after his brother was shot on Monday, was found by the police at a picnic ground, where be bad just participated in a race. Ho made a statement concerning his wanderings since his disappearance. Ho was later charged with having murdered his brother.
