The law requires an election within three months. It will be undei universal suffrage. It is considered that the proletarians will have an excellent opportunity lor a bitter light against the, old political elements. , Certain, mem hers of the Assembly, who arc now in gaol pending trial, will be released on bail over the New \eai holidays.—Australian Press Association.
