Harry Corsar, £ls ss, board and lodging. An order for possession on or before January 8, 1929, was made in the case of Evalinc Cohen v. Margaret Hickey. Judgment was also given for the plaintiff for £5 4s, rent due. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. John Fahey was ordered to pay A. S. Higginson £2 4s 2d for goods supplied, in default three days’ imprisonment.
