BERLIN, December 14. The Reichstag adopted a trade and shipping agreement with South Africa, which releases each of the signatories, nationals from naval or military service in the other’s territory. The treaty will continue fqr two years after ratification, subject to three months’ notice of termination.—Australian Press Association.
