LIONEL LINDSAY’S WATER COLOURS Pre»s Allocation—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 15. Fifty-one Spanish water colours by Lionel Lindsay, a brother of Norman Lindsay, in Colnoghi Galleries, Bond street, arc attracting favourable comment. Mr Alfred Munnings states: “ There are so many good drawings that it is difficult to choose.” Senor Fernandez, the Andalusian painter, says: “What a pity these are not exhibited at Madrid. Senor Lindsay is not a mere tourist; he sees Spain with our eyes.” Mr Lindsay says the pictures are the result of exploration off the beaten track. Art critics unanimously praise his work. The \ Morning Post \ says: “ Look nt any—indeed all—of his subjects, and mark the structural fascination and colour harmonies in the deft transparent touches, quick with happy play of light and shade.”—Australian Press Association,
