KING’S BENCH JUDGE
A NEW APPOINTMENT (British Oliicial Wireless.) frees Association—By Telegraph— Ccpyrigat. RUGBY, December 14. The appointment of Sir Malcolm MacNauguton to bo a King’s Bench judge in place of the late Mr Justice Salter necessitates a by-election in tho city and county of Londonderry, which, since 1922, Sir Malcolm has represented in tho House of Commons.
