REV. ROBERTSON ORR INDEPENDENT CONGREGATION FORMED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, December 15. The Rev. RobersUm Orr has been formally deposed and degaided Irani cilice as a Christian minister by a Special Commission of tue I'rosbyioriuii Church ol Canada, which mot on Saturday. The Commission held tuat me judgment in the Flock divorce case was Hilly warranted, and it declares that any congregation which meets under Orr is uot a congregation ol the Presbyterian Church, me congregation ol tue Central Presbyterian Church has been relieved ol the payment of Orr's stipend. Urr was absent when tho judgment was read. Following tho decision, an independent congregation which was formed by Orr met and passed a unanimous vote ol confidence in the minister, and fixed his stipend at £S,UUU a year. The Commission described tho case as a terrible moral tragedy.—Australian Press Association.
