(Received December 14, at 1.10 p.m.) The Paraguayan Charge D’Affaircs delivered a Note to the State Department describing the Bolivian-Vara-guayan situation as giving rise to a clangor of imminent war. Tho Note transmitted advices received from Paraguay to the effect that Bolivia was massing troops and war materials on the border. Tho Bolivia Minister said he had no information from his Government concerning warlike preparations.—Australian Press Association.
