(Received December 14, at 10.35 a.m.) At a meeting of the Sugar Federation of the British Empire, the chairman (Sir H. Morgan) made a statement regarding his visit to all the sugar producing areas in tho dominions'. He was of the opinion that if further preference was given tho output could be enormously increased.
