EXHIBITION IN LONDON PICTURES FROM MANY LANDS. (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, December 11. Two Dutch torpedo boats, after accompanying to British territorial waters the steamer in which are pictures of great value for exhibition in London, will pay a courtesy visit to London. The first is due to arrive to-day and tho second to-morrow. The pictures will bo unloaded at Custom-house quay, and in view of their great value adequate arrangements have been made for their protection, both during their transfer to the Royal Academy and while they are housed there. These pictures include those lent by the Dutch Government, and they are to bo shown at an exhibition of Dutch art which is to be opened in January. In addition to the exhibits from Holland contributions have been promised from America, Hungary, Switzerland, Finland, and,Rumania. In all there will ho about 268 old masters, 100 pictures of the modern Hague school, and 200 drawings, engravings, and etchings.
