GREEN ISLAND INDUCTION

REV. J. G. S, DUNtI APPOINTED There was a large congregation present at the Green Island Presbyterian Church last evening, when the Presbytery of Dunedin met in hunc effcctum to iuduct the Rev. J. O. S. Dunn to the charge of Green Island. The moderator of the presbytery, Dr Merringt ( on, presided and inducted. The sermon, which was taken from the test Exodus iii., verses 13-14, was preached by the Rev. Alan C. Watson, M.A. The Rev. Chas. A. Kennedy addressed the minister. The Rev. R. Ferguson Fish addressed the congregation, thj members of which had an opportunity at the conclusion of the service to meet the newly inducted minister. The Revs. W. Scorgie, J. D. Smith, and Barton, and Messrs Duncan and Campbell were other members of the Dunedin Presbytery present.
