OTAGO'S NARROAV WIN.

The annual interprovincial bowling match for the Harraway Shield between Otago and Southland took place to-day. After a very even game the visitors curried off the honors by the small margin.of two points. Graham’s first bowl wont wide, and Ferguson drew a second shot. With His second bowl Graham cut out the opposing skip’s bowl to be 2 up again, but Ferguson gained the second shot with his last, to give Southland one. AUSTRALIAN TEAMS DEFEATED

AUCKLAND, March 1. Tn the test bowling matches this afternoon the Auckland teams defeated the Victorians by 130 to 69. Auckland also defeated Australia by 103 to 57. The home players showed superiority throughout, the visitors losing every game.
