ARRIVED,—-March 2. Holiiulalc, s.s. (9.20 a.m.), 081 tons, Williams from Wanganui and Wellington. The liolmdalc arrived this morning from Wellington to unload and take in general cargo. She is to sail to-night for Oaroaru, Timaru, -Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Kahika was to leave Gisborne to-day for Napier, Lyttelton, and Dunedin The vessel will load here on Tuesday for Napier and Gisborne via ports.

For Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin tbo AVingatui was to leave Auckland to-day. She is to load out at this port next Thursday for Uainaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, AVellington, and Auckland.

The ('aim is expected licvc tomorrow morning from Bluff. The vessel is to- load tiio same day for Timar-i, Lyttelton. Wellington, Picton, and "Wanganui. Advice received states that a steamer was to load sulphur late last month at Galveston for discharge at Auckland and other New Zealand ports. It was expected that the Waipalu would leave Suva to-day tor Auckland. After discharge at the northern port she will proceed to Newcastle direct for hunkers, and thence lo Sydney to make the next Sydney-island loading. She is scheduled In leave Sydney on Mai-ch 2U for Suva and Auckland. The steamer Querens is expected to reach Auckland about March 5 with a full cargo of raw sugar from Java. Alter discharge she will proceed to Westport for hunkers, thence probably Nauru Island to load phosphates for New Zealand and Australia. '.ITTo Querens is a steamer of 4,564 tons, gross, and was built last year at Port Glasgow. Uer owners, the Arbor Shipping Company, named her alter a tree, Querens being Latin for oak. THE FERRY SERVICE. The ferry steamer Maori reached Lyttelton at G.oo a.in. to-day from Wellington, and southern passengers and mails connected with the tirst c.' press. POUT DENISON AT LONDON. Loaded with New Zealand produce, the Commonwealth and Dominion Jane steamer Port Denison reached London on Sunday. She was despatched from Port Chalmers on January 11 via Panama. PERSONAL. Mr T. Marshall, late second officer of the Hanraki. is to go on holidays at Sydney, being relieved by Mr C. George. Mr L. 13. Ehhhert, senior third mate of the .Niagara, has joined the Tahiti as third mate, being relieved in the Niagara by Mr A. V. Knight; Mr H. A. Litchfield, of the Tahiti, proceeding on holiday leave. Mr R. E. Fisher, second officer of the Marama, is to lake holidays in Auckland, and Mr A. R. Champion is to join the Marama in a similar capacity. Captain AValson has joined the Kaiapoi, relieving Captain S. A. Cliattield for annual holiday leave.

Mr W. j. Hill has joined the Wingatui as second mate, relieving Air D. LuckeH,. Air J, D. Lundie has joined the Opilii as acting-master in place ot Captain G. A. Grey, the latter being transferred to the Kamo, relieving Captain Hnckwortli, who lias come ashore ill.

Air J. Warcup Inis signed on the Kamona as chief officer, relieving Mr T. A. APPlierson, who has joined the Kamo, relieving Air W. Johnson.

TAMAROA AT SOUTHAMPTON. Cabled, news has been received by the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company that their liner Tamaroa arrived at Southampton on Monday morning from Auckland via Panama. The vessel sailed from Auckland on January 2J. IK ALA COMING. The ikala is due at Auckland about March 11 from Sydney (Cape Breton), St. John, and Newport News. The vessel is bringing Canadian cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, New Plymouth, Sydney, and Melbourne. She is expected here about March 23. VESSELS IN WIRELESS CALL.
