MAN BURNED TO DEATH PARIS, February 28. A bound man, burned so as to bo unrecognisable, was found in a ditch rear Melun. Marks of a motor car nearby indicate that the man was brought to the spot in a car. On arrival lie was sprinkled with petrol and burned to death.
