STEEL COMPANY’S CLAIM
AGAINST SOUTH AUSTRALIA LONDON, February 28. (Received February 29, at 1.30 a.m.) The Armstrong, Whitworth Company has filed a claim lor £150,000 against the South Australian Government. South Australia will probably counterclaim £IOO,OOO on the ground that the late delivery of engines for which the Government contracted delayed the harvest transport.
