REVISION OF QUOTAS. WASHINGTON, February 27. President Coolidge said that Congress would revise the immigration quota, under which the quota from Britain and North Ireland would be reduced by 7,145 to 65,894, and the Irish Free State quota increased by 3,535 to 17,427.
