PREMIER AND MR'WILLIAMS COMING SOUTH [Per Unoted Press Association’.] BLENHEIM, February 28. Tlio Minister of Public Works arrived at Blenheim last evening. After receiving deputations this morning be leit lor Upper Waiter© Valley, with the object of traversing tho proposed new stock route via Acheron Valley, Hanmor, to Christchurch. To-night will be spent at Molcsworlh Station, and to-morrow morning tho Minister and party depart on horseback into tho hinterland of Marlborough. They expect to read) Hanmor by nigbtlall, and the Minister proceeds thence to Christchurch to join the Premier for a lour of Central Otago.
