SHANGHAI, February 24. Red Revolutionary troops, numbering 8,000, have captured Lachck City, in Eastern Kwnutnng. In contrast to that coup, troops loyal to the Canton Government have retaken Pingshek, ou the Kwantung-Hunan border, from the Reds.
